Booking Policies
On
check-in at the hotel, please expect us to ask for
photographic ID and advance payment.
Prices include breakfast and
are fully inclusive of all local taxes and VAT
Please note that your credit card details are required to
secure and confirm a reservation. This guards against false
bookings. If you have any security concerns regarding
sending your credit card details over the internet, we
advise splitting the number into two different emails or
provide the details over the telephone.
We will not charge your credit/debit card, as it will only be used as a
guarantee for the room/s.
Cancellations
When
you make a reservation with us, we commit the room to you.
We require a 72 hour cancellation notice otherwise a
charge of one night's stay will be applied to your card. We
require 7 days cancellation notice in busy periods (eg: summer months, New
Years, etc.) For group bookings and longer stays (usually
over 4 nights), we require a 25% to 50% non-refundable
deposit - you will be informed by email when
booking.
No Shows
It is recommended you take out holiday
cancellation insurance. If you do not arrive at the hotel
on your booked date without informing us,
a charge for your total stay will be applied to your
card. Please contact us immediately by telephone as emails
are not read by us in real time.

Additional Notes
Check-in time is after 12:00am, check-out time
is 10:30am. We are able to hold luggage on your departure day
for collection later
Identification we accept includes passport, identity card
and driving license
If
arriving late, please notify us of your estimated arrival
